E-Boiler is a purpose-built electric skull boiler and macerator for hunters who want clean, repeatable DIY Euro mounts without babysitting a pot. Years in the making and engineered for constant usage, the E-Boiler gives you numerous paths to a spotless skull: a fast cook at 185°F or low-temp maceration at 100°F for 3–7 days—and anything in between. The same clean finish you’d expect from beetles, without the hassle, and while also pulling grease from the skull during the process.
Built around precise, self-learning PID temperature control, the E-Boiler holds steady in changing conditions so you can set it and walk away. Every submerged component is stainless steel, and the system is protected by an AUTO-OFF water level sensor that cuts power to the heater if water drops too low. At the heart of it is a custom ULWD (Ultra Low Watt Density) epoxy-filled cartridge heater designed for long service life, with tool-free removable stainless guards for quick cleaning.
The boiler body is rotomolded from a proprietary cross-linked polymer made to handle high heat and thousands of hot/cold cycles, then wrapped in 1"–1.5" premium insulation to improve efficiency and maintain temps. The IP54-rated electronics panel adds water resistance and all-weather confidence. Insulated, slide-in lids let you configure the opening for different skull sizes and quantities, and the included EPDM securing cord locks the head in place—wrap a tine and snap it into the end channels.

I've used a lot of different "contraptions" for boiling skulls over the past 35 years. The Grakksaw E-Boiler is hands-down the best I've ever used. I've finished 5 elk skulls so far, and they have come out perfect. The E-Boiler makes it simple, and the results are incredible. No worrying about propane running out or the flame blowing out....just set the temperature and walk away.

I’ve cleaned Skulls for two decades and done thousands, this makes my job easier, cleaner, faster, my product turns out nicer, and I have way less time involved and the hands-on time has dropped 10 tenfold. I will have 3 more of these for the 2026 season.
A Total Game Changer
There is nothing more to say than this thing is next level! No more boiling or nasty powerwashing, only to end up with broken pieces and separating skull plates. No more beetle and taxidermy expenses. The process is so ridiculously simple, effective, and efficient. A few skulls and it pays for itself! By for yourself or as a group of friends.
Hey guys, my name is Joe from European creations Taxidermy and let me be the first one to say that there is not enough stars that you can give this product. This product will clean and degrees all in one. It leaves you with museum style work this machine is the game changer when it comes to European mount skulls . If you don’t have one of these machines you don’t belong in the game people text me all the time. How do you do this? How do you do that and I tell him straight out if you don’t have a Grakksaw E Boiler., there’s no reason for you to even touch a skull my way of doing it for the last 20 years is completely out of the window now that I have one of these Grakksaw E Boiler if I could, I give this 1000 stars.
Put a skinned out bull elk head in the E-boiler at 140°F for 25 hours. Took the head out of the boiler and sprayed it off with a garden hose. I had to use a knife for a couple of the nooks and crannies. Only took 15 minutes to have skull all cleaned up after removing from boiler. Saved so much time compared to a propane boiler. The total time I spent including set up and clean up was around 1 hour.

This thing takes all the work out of euro mounts! I used this boiler to do a deer of my own, and a rank deadhead from a friend on two separate runs. Both were as easy as putting the head (one skinned and the other not) in the boiler with some water and turning it on to 105. After 4 days or so I pulled the skulls out and got most of the gunk off and replaced the water. A couple days later (temps were down in the single digits over night several times and it still kept the target temp) I pulled them out and rinsed them off (no power washing even!) and was done! Then I added dawn dish soap and turned up to 145 to degrease for a couple days. I like the natural bone color so did not use peroxide or any other whitening agent. So gentle the jawbones even stayed together! No discoloration on the antler bases either! Loaned to two buddies for their own skulls and cleaning up old mounts. While they said the maceration smelled pretty bad they plan to borrow again next year. Looking forward to trying the fast boil overnight method to cut down on the smell and get it done quickly this season. Between my buddy’s and I we will hopefully have paid for it in taxidermy savings next year or the year after!
First things first. I love my e-boiler. I received it October 2025 and I’ve just finished my 150th skull with it. I’m using it beyond its intended scope. I run it full-time at 177°F and I process primarily deer, elk, antelope, pigs and gators with it. I have yet to have an issue with it.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone at any level that’s interested in Skull cleaning.
